  • Electric beater,

Methods to prepare:


  • Get your hands on Nitin’s eggless Belgian waffle dry mix in a clean and dry container or a mixing bowl,

  • Beat the dry mix with an electric beater to make it lump-free,

  • Start slow addition of 800 ML of water with constant stirring,

  • After the complete addition of water, continue stirring for 2 to 3 minutes to achieve a smooth, lump-free, and consistent batter,

  • Let the batter rest for 30 minutes for fermentation at an ambient temperature of 24 to 28°C.

  • Pour a ladder of the fermented batter onto the preheated waffle baker,

  • Bake it for approximately 4 to 5 minutes at 180 to 200°C,


Take out the waffle and cut it to make the shapes.
