- Consume the prepared batter within six hours.

Equipment required for preparing batter using one KG of Nitin‘s instant waffle cone mix:
- Clean and dry container or a mixing bowl,
- Electric beater,
- Measuring cylinder,
- Waffle baker.
Standard proportion:
- One KG of dry mix requires 700 to 750 ML of water.
Methods to Prepare:
- Take one KG of Nitin`s waffle cone dry mix in a clean and dry container,
- Beat it with an electric beater to make it lump-free.
- Measure 650 ML of water,
- Start adding 650 ML of water slowly with stirring,
- After the complete addition of water, continue stirring for 2 to 3 minutes to get a smooth, consistent and lump-free batter,
- Always preheat the cone-making machine,
- Pour a ladle of the batter into the preheated waffle cone baker,
- And cook it for approximately 2 to 3 minutes, at 180 to 200°C.
- Take it out and mould it using a cone moulder to turn it into the waffle cone.
