Equipment required for preparing batter using one KG of the mix:


  • Electric beater,


  • Measuring cylinder,


  • waffle cone baker,


  • Walnuts or any of the dry fruits,


  • Water and melted butter.


Standard proportion to take:


  • One KG of Nitin`s dry mix requires 800 ML of water.


Methods to prepare:


  • Get your hands on Nitin`s eggless brownie Belgian waffle mix in a clean and dry container or a mixing bowl,


  • Beat the dry mix with an electric beater to make it lump-free,


  • Start slow addition of 800 ML of water with constant stirring,


  • After the complete addition of water, continue stirring for 2 to 3 minutes to achieve a smooth, lump-free, and consistent batter,


  • Let the batter sit on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes for fermentation at an ambient temperature of 24 to 28°C.


  • Pour a ladder of the fermented batter onto the preheated waffle baker,
